A prompt will appear to either run the program from its current location or to save it to disk. If selecting Save to Disk, proceed to Step 3. A dialog box appears asking to accept the terms of the HP Software License. Click OK.  8. A WinZip dialog box appears (Figure 3) with the phrase, “Unzip To Folder.” Write down the path to locate the file later, and click Unzip. 9. A dialog box appears that shows that the files have been unzipped successfully. Click OK.  10. Click Close on the WinZip dialog box (Figure 3).  11. Click Start, Settings, and Printers.  12. Double-click Add Printer.  13. As the dialog boxes appear, click the information appropriate to the type of installation desired. Click Browse (if a dialog box appears that reads, “A:\ is not accessible, the device is not ready,” click Cancel, and proceed to Step 15).  15. Find the folder where the files unzipped in Step 8 (see the green circle in Figure 5). Double-click on the desired folder to open it. When the driver .inf filename appears in the File name text box, click OK or Open (depending on the system).  NOTE: To find the folder, locate the letter of the drive where it was saved (for example, C), then locate the folder under that drive.  16. The Locate File dialog box will reappear with the desired .inf filename in the text box. Click on OK.  17.
